Norton ES2 Yellow
The Norton ES2 was a long-running British single, produced from the late 1920s through to the 1960s, typically in 500cc form.
It used a pushrod-operated overhead valve single-cylinder engine, delivering steady torque and dependable performance rather than outright speed. Early rigid frames later gave way to plunger and then swinging-arm suspension.
Well suited to UK roads, the ES2 became known for its durability, simplicity and traditional Norton engineering.
